This is a fun story from the UK think tank, New Economics Foundation, which measures sustainable wellbeing in their Happy Planet Index (HPI). Costa Rica has topped their rankings for the third time. Three of the six Central American countries (Costa Rica, Panama and Nicaragua) are in the Top 10.
